ODU/Ghent Back to School Promotion -- The GBA and ODU are combining efforts for the second year in a row to welcome back students and send good luck messages to the Monarch Football Team. Over 30 Ghent businesses are providing special offers from through Sep. 5. ODU students, faculty and employees must show an ODU I.D. Participating businesses will display the Back to School Poster to signify their participation. Click here for more information!

Heart of Ghent Festival -- Make Ghent your destination on September 11 for a fun filled day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Blair Middle School. Activities include health screenings, Ronald McDonald, live music, visual artists, chalk art, fire and rescue vehicle tours, child identification kits, coloring contest, temporary tattoos and so much more!
